Shipping & Returns


  1. Order Processing: Upon receiving your order, kindly allow a period of 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Please note that processing time is distinct from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination after fulfillment. After the completion of processing, an immediate notification with a tracking number will be sent to you. It's important to be aware that your tracking number will become active once USPS has received the package and successfully processed it within their system.

  2. Purchase Consideration: Please bear in mind that we are unable to guarantee the availability of items in your shopping cart. If an item is sold out, we will get in touch with you via email regarding the item's unavailability. During the processing of your purchase, we will present the available shipping methods and their corresponding costs. Team Takeover provides the following shipping options:

  1. Returns: We gladly accept returns for items in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days of delivery (excluding weekends and national holidays). To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service team via email at

Once a return label is issued, please ensure that it is presented to USPS within 14 days of receiving the label. Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide a prepaid return shipping label. In such instances, no shipping costs will be charged to you. We reserve the right to decline a return and refund for items that are damaged, worn, or altered. Should an item not meet resalable standards, we will offer to return the item to you at your expense or responsibly dispose of it. Items that cannot be resold include those with:

  • Stains, tears, or rips
  • A strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)
  • Missing tags or packaging
  1. Refunds: Upon receipt and verification of your returned item against our return policy criteria, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

Shipping Costs: For reasons other than an error on our end, if you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for associated shipping costs. This encompasses both the shipping fee for receiving the item and the cost of returning it to us. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the secure and timely return of your item.

Please understand that we retain the right to reject a return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn, or altered. Additionally, we may levy a restocking fee for items returned without their original tags or packaging.
